Retun Policy

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at shop@zanistore.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [insert your support email here] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [insert your support email here] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Cancelling an Order:

Once an order has been placed and processed we cannot cancel or make changes to the order. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and the return policy will apply.

Returns:

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase– no hard feelings! We will provide you with a refund within 14 days of the delivery of your product.  If 14 days have gone by since you received your merchandise, sadly we cannot provide a refund. Please ensure that the product you are returning is in the same condition (unworn / unwashed / unaltered) you purchased it in with all tags attached and in the original packaging it was received in. Please be aware that at this time we do not offer exchanges, but are happy to offer you a refund so you can purchase something else that is more to your liking. halcyon fit wear reserves the right to refuse a return on items not received in its original condition, tags attached and original packaging. Returns will be credited onto the original payment.
Yoga mats, towels, socks, water bottles, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Questions about a return or to arrange a return can be sent to shop@zanistore.com At this time return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charges will be non-refundable as are the duties and taxes to US customers. International orders (including US orders) will not be eligible for returns at this time. Sale / promotion items will be a final sale and will not be open for a price adjustment or return / exchange.

Damaged item:

if you have received your product but it has some damage or is defective, please send an e-mail to shop@zanistore.com Please include your order #, a picture of the damage or defect and a description of the issue. Please ensure that you report the damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please note: Damage to product during shipping is not the responsibility of halcyon fit wear.
Please allow 10 business days to process your return.
